WHAT IS AN EMERGENCY? An "Emergency" is meant ONLY if your website or email service is down or off-line. A "website emergency" is when your website is not showing up online when you go to its correct URL. An "email emergency" means that our Email service is not receiving or delivering email properly. This does not cover problems with your email software or your mobile devices. The way we determine if your email is serving correctly is by logging in to your Webmail service, which if working, shows that the problem does not reside on our end but is probably the result of a configuration problem with the user's email software or their mobile device.
